- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir to coat the shrimp with the marinade.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skew)
